Philip Lieberman, Rhode Island, United States (1934-2022) A fine colored Archival ink-jet from scanned Kodachrome photograph of female farmers working. It is matted in white in a simple off-white metal frame. Photograph is from his time in Inner Dolpo, Nepal, it is titled «Subsistence Farm Workers» and is dated 1998. It is signed lower right «PL». The back retains original reference label from gallery. Lieberman initially studied electrical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He received his doctorate in linguistics from MIT, completing his dissertation in 1966.
