Although the image is static, one can imagine the hustle and bustle of the celebration: the sound of laughter and lively conversations, the aroma of delicious typical dishes, and the feeling of camaraderie that fills the atmosphere. «The Day of the Mules» is more than a simple festivity; it is an occasion to honor the relationship with the animals that have been fundamental in the country’s everyday life and agriculture.
