Wow, for 3.5 years, I missed the wonderful, fresh produce of Liberia, West Africa. I missed the sweet juicy taste of sugar cane. the sweet juices spilling down my chin. I miss the sauce, palm butter, made from palm nut. it’s red savory taste cooked with «all God’s creatures». totally yummy on a bed of rice.
