Photo measures 8″ x 12″ and framed 16″ x 19″. Professionally framed and matted by J. Pocker & Son of NYC (museum quality fine art framers in NYC) in a silverleaf frame and linen mat. Elli Seraidari known commonly as Nelly’s, was born in 1899 in Smyra and studied photography under Hugo Erfurth and Franz Fielder in Germany in the 1920, she is best known for her renditions of Classical Greek themed photography, there was a renewed interest in her work in the 1980s.
