As a Creative Photographer, I embarked on a mission to capture the beauty of Niagara Falls. As I approached the falls, I could smell the mist from the water, hear the loud roar of the water cascading down, and feel the spray of the water on my face. Despite the blizzard, I was determined to take the shot. I braved the cold and crossed the border into Canada, where I knew the view would be the best. Despite travel bans, I was able to secure my spot and wait for the perfect moment.As I snapped the photo, I felt a rush of excitement and pride. The image was stunning, capturing the power of the falls against the backdrop of a raging storm. The shot was rare, with the combination of the blizzard and the frozen mist creating a breathtaking scene. I felt a sense of accomplishment knowing that I was able to capture this moment, one that few have seen. There was exactly a 5 minute window from when the “sun” came up to lighten the sky to an all out snow squall storm which pounded the area with hard snowfall after 5 mins of the day break.I will never forget the sounds, smells and sights of that day at Niagara Falls. It was a true test of my dedication to my craft and a memory that will stay with me forever.
