This is an original Willaed Worden photograph of the Emma Claudina, a schooner built for and sailed by Captain William Matson, who first landed the ship in Hillo Hawaii in 1882. This photo would have been taken a decade later. Worden was a San Francisco artist whose photographs are highly coveted. The sepia toned photo is impressed with his stamp «Worden S.F.» in the lower right corner. The photo is in its original frame. Frame has repaired damage and a chipped corner. Photo measures 10×13 inches.
