Frank H. Jump’s photograph of acclaimed street mural artist Brett Cook-Dizney’s Mono-Cultures Dye Out – shot in May 1998 on Elizabeth Street, NYC. Jump is best known for his photographic documentation of NYC ghost signs called The Fading Ad Campaign, of which 24 images were exhibited from April to November 1998 at the N-Y Historical Society. Jump’s project was later documented in a book he wrote Fading Ads of New York City, published by the History Press in 2011.
