His arms are extended alongside his body and he holds a cylindrical object in his fist. Royal cartridges are engraved on the side face of the base, under its feet. Although I cannot identify the ruler with certainty, this monumental style is very characteristic of the pharaohs of the New Kingdom (like Ramesses II or Merenptah).
